Industrial laser module refers to functional subassembly including semi-conductor laser diode, driving circuit, optical system, casing and connection component, which are assembled, adjusted and tested. Laser module is also known as laser source or laser head. But these names have indefinite meaning so they are easy to be regarded as laser diode. We adopt the internationally-accepted name laser module.
Laser module is one of products in mass production. Our laser module includes diversified types: optical spot laser module, line module, cross module, pattern optical spot module, and laser collimator (it may project optical spot, which is sufficiently close to circle, and the beam is highly paralleled).
Laser module is widely applied to many industries. Optical spot module is applied to consumption product such as laser indicator (laser pointer) and laser toy, military product and laser sight, laser measurement tool, and medical apparatus. Now our module is massively applied to mobile phone.
Line module is applied to laser tool (such as laser level), laser locator and various instruments. After the transfer of our technology to key enterprises of electric tool industry), now line module is massively applied to electric tool industry. Line module is installed in electric cutter and drill, acts as the component for locating and positioning. Cross module functions similarly with line module.
The application of various laser modules is expanded daily. Application of laser module to your product will increase the grade of your product and add sale point, which is the new point for growth.
Our laser modules are divided into different grades to satisfy the need of product in different grades. Laser module requirement varies with customers and the difference is so great that only a few fixed type laser module cannot satisfy customer? requirements. Laser module manufacturer must be capable of customizing laser module to provide good service for customers. DLM optical spot module: (including optical glass multi-layer high-grade module and ordinary industrial aspheric lens module)
General specifications:
Module diameter: 3.5, 3.9, 6.5, 8, 10 and the others;
Laser wave length: 650nm, 635nm, 532nm green laser and the others;
Laser power: IIIA (≤5mW), Ⅱ(≤1mW) or the others;
Working voltage: under DC 6V specified by customer, such as DC 3V
Working distance: subject to requirement specified in customer? order.
LM line module: Producing laser plane and projecting straight line
General specifications:
External diameter: 8, 9, 10, 11
Laser wave length: 650nm, 635nm, 532nm green laser and the others (including invisible wave bond such as infrared wave band);
Laser power: III A-class, II A-class or the others (the maximum power is up to 80~100mw);
Working voltage: under DC 6V specified by customer, such as DC 3V
Working distance: subject to requirement specified in customer? order.
We may provide high-end special line module such as line module with line width ≤0.02mm within 50mm;
CLM cross line module: technical parameters and general specifications are same as those of LM series.
Laser collimator: Diameter (Ø18~Ø60), provide highly paralleled laser beam; optical spot may be figure or special pattern designated by customer;
Laser module for mobile phone: External diameter ?.9, including driving circuit board
Figure module or pattern module for advertisement, special module and dedicated module are all in diversified models. Customers may put forth technical requirement according to their situation or tell us product purpose, we can select or design proper module for you.
